consulting: team building

We have a 25 year history of facilitating, developing and conducting team building sessions. Over the years we have facilitated hundreds of teams focused on various organizational and inter-group issues.

Whether a team is just forming, or has been functioning together for some time, we can give groups the necessary foundation to be successful. Team building sessions are carefully tailored to meet the special needs of each group.

Team building activities range from providing activities designed to help a group have fun together, to sessions that consist of real time problem-solving with groups who are experiencing conflict and difficulties working together.  We can also teach teams the simple tools of quality improvement that will allow them to analyze and evaluate data objectively.

Session objectives can focus on:

  • defining the team's vision, mission, strategy, goals and actions for continued growth
  • roles and definitions of individual team members
  • strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the team
  • regrouping after a corporate layoff
  • interpersonal communications
  • individual styles of team leadership
  • problem solving as a team
  • total quality management for teams
  • team member personality characteristics using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

organizational change

Management's top priority is planning and ensuring that everyone is working on key business objectives.  We help organizations in the design and development of strategies for change and continuous improvement.

Working with executive management teams, We facilitate group understanding of the competition, the current environment, and what it will take to become a top performing organization.

We know that change cannot take place unless the organization has a strong strategic focus, listens to their customers and encourages team work.
